We are deeply committed to ensuring justice and equity for Black farmers. We specialize in DFAP Appeals under Section 22007 of the Inflation Reduction Act, helping farmers navigate and appeal adverse decisions.
We also advocate for Debt Cancellation through Section 22006 of the Inflation Act, working to alleviate financial burdens caused by past discrimination. Additionally, we are actively pursuing actual damages related to pending discrimination complaints, ensuring that farmers receive the compensation and support they deserve.
Our commitment extends to facilitating community engagement, where Black farmers can share experiences and build networks. This collaborative approach fosters innovation and drives progress, creating a unified front against systemic barriers in the agricultural landscape.
